Not updated for a while been busy removed engine and started prepping bay for seam welding no pics of welding though completly bare metaled bay heres a few pics

cheers slow progress as only get weekends on it getting there though need to prime and paint bay then i can get engine in on mounts still need a f20 box.

Got to say you wanna weld more seams up really. Chassis legs to bulkhead are one that really want doing as it holds the front end on..lol

engine bay painted with rattle cans come out quite good.

stripped and painted up wiper motor ignore overspray on wiring gonna re tape it all!

fitted wiper and servo also started putting stuff back like washer bottle painted top half of header tank fitted new coil

hard boost pipes with dump valve might not use it yet.

turbo technics actuator needs a paint up not bad for a £5.

a picture as it stands painted steering rack and gonna paint crossmember black to disguise the cooler more.

Cooler fitted and loom in place had to buy a new loom as plugs were missing!

Did a mock up fitted slam panel,bumper and standard rad looking good but rad now hitting o/s outlet on cooler so gonna have to re think where to mount the rad as i want a alloy one heres a few pics what a mean.

O/s hitting rad. how much do you need to move the rad foward for the turbo to clear?
