i swapped my pride and joy k678 ync for a motor cross bike on swapz and the bike turned out to be stolen am i wrong to want the car back? (after being around 12 months ago) and how do i go about finding where the car is now iv done the usual dvla check and it came up as unlicenced any thoughts or opinions on this?

i would hazard a guess at the guy that swapped with you has weighed the car in.
or sold it very fast after he swaped it with you.

Has the bike been claimed by the police ? Might be an idea to pass on the details and see if they can help get the car back

That site is ridden with gutter snakes,i wouldnt swap football cards on there
Oh and from a legal point of view re getting the car back you have no chance,not a prayer.

police have had all the details for the bike but were only interested in collecting the bike
