the problem is that my inside fan switch has stopped working but the rear heated screen does still work so i don't know if it might be a fuse or what lol just need to know how and what i need to do to sort it out ? plus its getting stupidly cold now so would do well too have it working again lol

Its probably the resistor switch thingamy (lol) on the fan motor. I've had a few fail before now.

On the motor, do any of the speeds work, normally one circuit fails on the rheostat.

Does the fan motor turn?, its bearings can sieze up, can be freed off some times with as little TLC and a drop of oil, this obviously gives no speeds, this can result in fuse failure

I had this, the motor in the bulkhead kept on siezing, don't do this.....I used to switch it on to 1, life the bonnet and start it by hand, thne it would be fine for the journey, but not a safe method!

Try putting wd 40 near the brushes

no none of the speeds work and i haven't had a proper look at the fan motor so not sure on that.

ill give it a bit of wd40 tomorrow see if it is the motor that is seized.

Bear in mind if that fixes it, your car will honk of WD40 inside for ages lol
