I've heard (famous start to a question) that the z20let from the Astra gsi's/coupes and zafira's etc can be wired up sort of C20 style but obv not as simple? If that makes sense. Can anybody confirm this or point me in the direction of a guide of some sort?

Cheers, Gunny

You'd be best off speaking to Chris Raey (Vauxsport) His knowledge of the zlet and conversions is phenomenal. Pretty sure you'll find him or his brother Steven on the corsa c forum. Also theirs a few guides for zlet conversions on their which may help you along fella. On another not did you recieve your parcel ok as I didnt hear from you?

Nick.

Hi,

I've been trawling the net for this information for the possible Z20LET swap into my Meriva. Nobody at the moment seems to be very forthcoming on this information

From what I glean from the sparse info out there it depends what car its going into. If you are talking Nova / Corsa B then I think you may hit some problems with the immobiliser circuits.

If a corsa C , if its a 1.2 I think its a straight swap of the plugs , other engine sizes you need to swap some of the pins around within the plug to match things up correctly.

I am going to check the wiring diagrams on my TIS workshop program and ensure that I know which pins stay put and which need moving. Nice job for those cold winter nights!
