dear o dear i havent had one this bad or long in years, feel like the world is going to end im that hanging. my brain feels like its melted. never drinking again untill the next time.

i was drinking beer, not really a beer drinker, or a drinker of any sort really. had a few yager bombs aswell, maybe im two old for it, trying to be down with the kids and all that jazz, i feel damm awful

Best way to avoid a hangover is drink a pint of water before going to bed. Yes you miget wake up mid-kip with an urge to p!ss like a donkey but thats a small price to pay

If you drink one pint of beer, then half pint of wanter in consecutive order for a period of 4 hrs you wont need to piss as much on a night out, and not get a hang over, after them 4 hrs you can drink as much as you like, a mate told me about this, and it works, but I'm not a "kid" no more so don't need to prove I'm a man by drinking like a 19yr old anymore.
