The inside of my polo screen is constantly a mess from the a/c. I've tried a few different types of cleaner (inc the autoglym stuff at work) but nothing seems to shift it. I used to have some stuff that was like paste, that you worked on the glass, let it dry and then buffed off, but i can't for the life of me remember what it was! lol Any other suggestions? :)

What ever you decide to use, dry the glass with newspaper as it leaves no smears what so ever. Friend of mine who valets hearses/funeral limo's taught me that trick lol

Tried auto glym glass polish? It's a paste liquid like super resin polish and you use it the same way,

I find windowlene pretty good actually lol

As said, buff off with newspaper. And if using windowlene, don't get it on plastic/rubber bits!

i tried the newspaper trick & got newsprint over pretty much everything...

never use the weekly free rag, try something decent like a telegraph.

Lmfao at all these overpriced/overhyped chemicals.
Fairy liquid and water on a sponge, towel dry the use a microfibre scrim/old scrim-job done.
Total of materials-about £4 for the lot to last years.

New polo? Steams up like funk? Your screwed, as they are built to have the Ac on too clear the screen so seem to be damp to the touch all the time. So air born dirt sticks to it..

i had the same trouble with my mk3 astra, and it was the pollen filter.

No Benn, it' a 1999 6n polo. The inside of the screen becomes slightly greasy. Mike i will check the pollen filter too.
