Tyres have gone up this year, raw material prices, greed, etc:roll:,

Secret for winter tyres is to buy them early, i.e. out of season, ...........summer, Oh too late:mad:

Last year I watched the winter tyre prices go up daily on mytyres.co.uk:eek:

Now all you need is some winter tyres as the ones on the Rover are just off road tyres not much better than normal road tyres in cold conditions. :)

The tyres have winter markings, but the compound won't be as good as a winter specced grade.

Mind the only winter specced tyre availalbe for my Range Rover are £140 each :eek:

The Kumho Venture MT's I have to say have performed superbly in the last 2 winters here, probably no where near what you experience;)

Mind of course she is 4wd of course, and shown plenty of more modern 4x4's up, especially in fresh snow, people with £50-70k prestige 4x4's dont appreciete me over taking them when they can't keep their car in a straight linelol
