mk2 clocks in mk1 dash

will i have the change anything to get it to fit? plugs,ect..

a mk1 clock fits different to a mk2 clock
the mk2 clock has three mounting lugs on the top and each side
so the fittings on the dash will be slightly different

but anything is possible

the electrical plug is smaller i8n the mk2 clocks,

you will probably have to cut the wiring and put to the new plug, or you can put the new clocks in the existing surround (never tried it, don't know if it works!)

you need the mk2 clocks with their plug chop off the mk1 plug an solder the wires an cut off the mounting lugs on the mk2 clocks
