lights staying on

hi , iv got a 1989 nova with a c20let in it my front lights are permanently on but back lights are on when i turn the lights on and off when i turn the light swich as normal. can anyone help any info will be great.

unplug your dim/dip relay, it is on the back of the under dash shelf on a mk1
