as did a test and first plug hole the 11 and second is 10 and then 8 and 8
the engine dont want to start
the letter after the number on the engine code relates to the compression ratio
G - 8-8.5:1
L - 8.5-9:1
N - 9-9.5:1
S - 9.5-10:1
X - 10-10.5:1
Y - 11.5+
so if its an E16SE should be 9.5-10:1
if thats any help at all
hmmm 3 bar difference from 'good' to bad...
did you test with the throttle wide open and a good battery? Then test again with a drop of oil down the bores

PSI or bar?
8-10 psi is BAD would expect @ 120 +
8 bar is 116 psi, 10 bar is 145 psi, 11 bar is 159 psi thereabouts
If in bar there should be sufficient compression to run!
Cheap compression testers always appear to me to have a strange gauge reading that doesn't relate to anything in particular, but it is a good comparison between different cylinders

like 99% of RR's.... only any use for back to back testing
