Saturday I saw two old ladies sat in a nova in maccy D's carpark in Bridgwater.

or you could go down slash lane to the a6....

i was on the a6 but went onto some other roads seemed like lanes to me but then again im from london so any road with a tree or bush near it seems like a lane lol

I don't get excited when I see a Nova on the road, there's a fair few round my way so I see one often enough.

i went thru slash lane in the floods a few years back in a 4x4 & also in a big tractor towing a tracked excavator on a low loader... it looked like the excavator was floating, as the trailer was completely submerged..

Lmao, I can believe it mike, ever since I was young the council have been saying they would fix the banks to stop it flooding and never done it. The farm that is down slash use to charge to pull cars that tried risking it, £10 a go being pulled by a tractor, not bad tbh

when we got to mountsorrel end of the lane once, renault people carrier was chugging to a halt on the dry bit by the a6, and the woman driving it opened the door & several hundred gallons of water poured out...we were laughing so hard we nearly crashed into her....

also we went thru in the L200 truck, and our digger driver had an escort diesel, he said, get it going & don't slow up & we punched a hole in the water and he followed in behind with the water at the same level as his mirrors, but he got thru.

Haha it really needs sorting, it's a nightmare when it floods as all the traffic comes through the village.
All you need to do is piss on the road and it floods...


We use to ride our bikes through it when we were young and a Rover of some sort got stuck half way. Driver got our and literally started smashing his car up to the point were he was jumping on his bonnet lol

Tj go down Sileby Road in barrow, blue nova parked in a drive way. Go and give it some elbow grease, roof and bonnet are looking a bit dead lol
