Well got my LSD fitted yesterday and went to SCR today and managed a 13.1 @106mph

but the day ended like this :(

time for some big block hubs and shafts! Spoke to will f off here love his Let Loon proper kool car!

I didn't even kill a CV on my 22 spline shafts on the LET never mind snapping a shaft haha, must have been giving death

cheers anyway scott got sorted in the end! Yeah spoke to will he was running low 14s high 13s with full trim and stretched tyres, Dayle im running a quaiffe atb in a f20

lol warming up the tyres with acceleration upto the line mate so pretty much flat out

Good to see that Novas were out in force again too!

My PB was 13.8 at 106mph - but my charge cooler really isnt up to the job, and charge temps were getting REALLY hot on phase, so I could go balls out unfortunately!

unlucky about the shaft mate but good stuff on getting the nova down to a 13.1 that diff knocked of .7 of a second might have to invest in 1 last time i was at shakespear raceway i was running 13.8 same as you was running

just set a ball park figure though aint ya gives you sonething to play with lol i was doing ok i reckon 888s mught off seen 12s as i wad 00.6 off 13 dead lol

Good point, my old one did 14.2 with no diff, the new one does 13.5 with diff...

Yeah hollow one are meant to twist but not snap, but i proved that mine just twisted and mash CV's! lol

Aside from the gain in weight saving hollowing shafts, they're stronger because the tear torque creates always comes from the center and you've just effectively increased the size of that point...
