changing a steering rack...

Hello, I just bought a quickrack off fow16v off here and was going to try change it tomorrow, I'm just wondering, can you change it with the engine in there? I have a c16xe in at the minute. Any info / tips on how to do it would be much appreciated.

i used that guide and i had a x16xe engine in, i used the pit in the shead to work under the car, i think it would be a hard job to do on axel stands

cheers lads, i done it whilst i was doing my flywheel and clutch change so made it a bit easyer, got it all tracked up aswell now but i need to take off my steering wheel and put it straight :)
