help please

Been told that I can use a 1.2 carb nova... Cam..dizzy and coil on a 1.3 SR Engine ??
Anyone know wether this is right or had previous experience at using a 1.2 set up

1.2 cam has a lot less lift. 1.2 dizzy will fit and work but I presume it won't be close to the advance curve of the 1.3. What's wrong with the 1.3 stuff?

Haven't got a dizzy or coil or the wring from the coil and its quite hard to get hold of... Got told that 1.2 carb would fit

Yeah it will fit. I have some 1.2 dizzies for sale, £25 plus postage. Just get a new coil from a factors.
