this is my old renault 9 turbo, was crap to look at, but was dam fun to drive, anyone else had any rare motors, post them up!!

sorry, but that r9 is hideous...

i had a skoda 120 fellatio.... well, it was an estelle & my mate made up a new badge for it.....it was surprisingly good till i melted the engine..

it cost me £100 with a years tax & mot (in 1997) and i couldn't be bothered to photograph it...there isn't even a pic of a real one on google so i put the toy pic up

that Renault look shocking tho lol a mate had a 21 turbo, that looked crap as well but was fast

the renault 9 was as i said crap looking, but would see of a `redtop` nova, and best of all was £300 , i tuned the turbo engine (out of a 5) with a gt28 , bigger carb, uprated headgaket and bolts, and it ran a healthy 180bhp, also did a 14 second quarter at pod!!

I remember my dad telling me about my uncle buying a new one of those renaults years ago.... After a week of thinking he was the boll0cks, the front seat broke and had to be held up with a brush shaft! French ****e lol. Apparently it was a bit nippy before being put through a roundabout at speed!

yeah had it up far sale back in august 2009. it only cost me about £300 a year fully comp as it was only the 1.6 turbo.
