removing powdercoating

as above my brother wants to remove the powdercoating on his wheels (now realises white was a bad idea lol) so anyone got any advice other then sandblasting cheers

be carefull I've heard off them being heated up to remove powder coating and wheels have cracked

Angle grinder, it may restyle the wheels slightly tho lol.
Can you not just paint over it?

I would re paint over if poss if not use a paint remover thats acid based.
