Are inlet manifolds different on the Traction Control engines to NON T/C engines? Or is just the throttle body thats different?

Having never owned an XE before, how do you tell difference between the two (non T/C an with T/C).

Inlet is different but not sure how to tell without having them next to eachother. The part the TB mounts on is lower on the TC inlet as the TC throttle body goes under the standard TB.

At an uneducated guess Id reckon the manifolds are all the same TBH.

The face that the tb mounts to is approx 25mm lower on the tc manifold to accodate the extra tb for the tc, sorry for all the initials

So a TC manifold should still work fine without a TC throttle body then really?

Yeah the tc tb can be removed and the tb then fitted lower, the sfi box won't fit though

Sorted. Not using SFi box anyway lol
