1.4 head on 1.6 block

been told different things about this will it make much difference with the usual head work?

alll it does is higher the compression to the point the starter moter will not turn over the lump,did nothing else on mine!!

No if anything it put a strain on my rods/bearings,put it all together as 1.6 gave it the beans and spun 2 shells?? (edit i need more sleep)

Which 1.4 head are you thinking about? if its the 1.4 carb/spi head then you need a slap lol
