In Outlook 2000 i've set up a public folder called vacancies where people post their job interest. I want to have a button at the top of all emails that appear called 'Processed' so that when clicked it moves it to a processed folder. Can i do this?

cant u just do drag and drop?
or click right button MOVE TO - folder

could do but its not for me - its for a senile old lady who wants a processed button!
