Right RDS is ghey and ive known this for quite some time.

I want a list of radio stations and their frequency in "your" area, obv things like radio 1,2,3,4,5,classicFM can be ignored as they occupy the same set all over the country

North Herts/South Cambs

105 - 108 Vibe FM (the original one for those of you in bristol lol)
103 Q103 (commercial)
100 Kiss (Only on warm summer nights)
96.9 Chiltern/B97 (commercial same as Q103)
96 BBC Radio Cambs
