frontera intercooler cutout

Right whats everyone done to get the frontera intercooler to sit right, i know some people have cut and boxed the front panel any one got any pics and some measurements dont fancy getting it wrong.cheers:thumb:

ok cheers basically take the point out off the valance so its flat.

Thats basically how mine is. Didn't fancy removing the whole centre of the standard crossmember like some do. It has had some angle welded inside the crossmember before the flat plate was welded on as well.

theres no need to cut it at all when fitting a frontera cooler mate. it just about fits.

oh right, what behind a sr front bumper? want to hide it much as possible.

yes mate i tried to find the pic for u but cant. i now mayhems mate done it so u could pm him or if u look on pistonheads there is a silver sr with c20let that my mate converted and he dun it on that so u could email him to see if he has a pic.
