You need to be a bit more precise in your explanation tbh. I mean lets face it, I'm sat in Somerset & you are in the drivers seat!

everytime i put my foot on the throttle, theres a whistling sound that starts. and when i let off the throttle, the sound goes away. i thought it might be my brake servo sucking in air? possibly a loose cap. its not my suspension, wheel bolts.

possible nackered whhel bearing
Wheel bearing should whine all the time though not just when accelerating.

Suppose an old bloke interested in Jags, pissing through a catheter would make a whistling sound.
