Same as any other non-GSi front bumper.

Scrapyard, from here (usually free to £10) or maybe Vauxhall/eBay/pattern parts store if you're after brand new

Depends. Is your car a mk1 mate? If so, then it's the same bumper as a GTE but unpainted. If it's a mk2 then it's as Iain says.
