I know my mk1 seats are on submarine style runners etc, but will mk2 stuff fit in the same mount points?

Mounting points are the same, all sport, SR, gte, gsi, bog standard seats bolt into the floor the same, it's the subframes on the seats that are different.

YES LONG AS THERE ARE nova SEAT FRAMES they will go straight in mate

Should do, iirc fixed seat runners only use 2 13mm bolt but all the fancy seats use 4 13mm bolts

The runners and seat crossmember look the same on the mk1 shell and my gsi so IMO yes
