15 ft/lbs cool.

What's interesting is where it states ARP head stud & nut torque. ARP moly @ 63 ft/lbs & oil @ 80 ft/lbs.

The sheet that came with the stud & nuts from ARP, using their supplied moly clearly states 81 ft/lbs - So that's what they've been done to...

This is quite interesting: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6-XXVk_vwKw

If it's to be believed then just use engine oil & torque it down 3 times - Peanut butter FTW! LOL

what are you on about arp studs and nuts now? seemed to of gone off on one. have you got the arp headstud kit to use too? just youve asked about cam caps...which is 20nm then going on about 63ft lb and 80ft lb?

it wasnt going off on a random one, its how you've not made it clear that your on about head studs, you make it sound as if your looking at torquing the cam caps the 63ft lb thats all if someone didnt know you were on about headstuds
