had enough off wacking the stupid bar and stick with a hammer and damaging paint work so dad set out to make a tool were you need no longer a hammer and today we used proto type mk 1 lol and worked a treat just need to tart the thing up and iron out a few bits but when we do anyone interested in one?

You never said if you needed to refit the door lol

I used the bar and pin tool, I got 3 door pins out but the 4th didn't want to play, I did get the grinder out but saw sence and got a friend to remove it properly before I done something silly lol

next time support the other end of the door & take the weight off it.. the pins wear funny, and jam solid, so raising them back up to where they were originally makes a heap of difference

you can do it with the wings on and the door open just the fact i was cutting holes in the beam for my door electrics and needed wings of and was easyier to record like that =]
