Valver, Serious Help!!!

Here goes......i dont know crap about suspension, brakes etc etc, to cut a long story short im gonna put a couple of polls up to help me decide on stuff that i need to get, so please be as helpful as you can be.Everyone whose recommended stuff and for there advice thank you but my mind works a bit funny need to be sure on what to get. any other i might have missed out?

i recommend Bilstein. ive broke spax in the past and currently use Koni (as i got them off a gsi i broke) but so far i prefer the Bilsteins

I think Bilstein are about the best, although a cheap set like GMax are good value for money.
