easy now!

I got myself what i believe to be a zafira spoiler for ?15 from vaux national day. has anybody ever fit one of these to a nova or does anyone have any idea of how to, its pretty flimsy and as it only has two little legs either side that fit to the tailgate, if i try and just glue or screw it on as it is it will wobble and sag in the middle when im moving, prolly fall off if i went over a bump too fast!

any ideas?

also i want to replace my old scummy looking rearview mirror with one of those nice big new rectangular ones that stick to the windscreen, was gonna get it from local vauxhall spares. Any idea what vaux has a rearview mirror fitting that descrption? i was thinking maybe new vectra?

you got a pic of the spoiler? Cannae pictuire it.

You'll need to make sure its securely bolted on coz if it came off at sopeed you will be loable for any damage/injuries! I certainly would not want to get struck by a spoiler!

Not too sure about rear view either - does it have to be vauxhall? Why not a ford one or another make?

Also - what are your plans for the gap where it used to go in the roof coz the mirris secures the lining in that area (it'll leave a dent behind...)

I suggest fitting it over an existing GSi spoiler. foam fill it and ram it on or use sikaflex (or similar) - anything that can hold it in place

That way you have the strength and the look at the same time - looks smart.

As for the roof lining - you'll need to get all the windows out including windscreen to make a good job.

If you need a hand, give me a shout, Ive got picks of when I did mine and it doesnt sag either!
