I can redtop it for you if you want, you'll have to lend me the money for the milk first though, tight month this month ):

yeah was thinking bout redtopping the gsi or c20let it. totally unsure what way to go with it. the plan was to buy a toy but seen this and had to have it, was wanting the restore the whole car back to MINT MINT.
any 1 fit rear arches, must be an amazing job tho?
same as fast road kit, with every weld buffed down?
maybe looking for a set of speedlines or softstars?

any help would be spot on

What's a 'redtop'? Semi skimmed?

Id leave it as it is, a nova with a 2.0litre 16valve engine is not that special

still be a toy with the 1.6, small block handles better so may no be as fast as a valver but can more than make up for it in the bends. id only have a valver for a track car. keep it fairly standard, wheels suspension and exhausts can make big improvments but easy enough to change back if you were to sell. dont see many standard gsi's in scotland as well mate. get paid up and get it along to a few meets etc :thumb:

that was the whole point of getting another 1 this year mate, was for track days, maybe fast road. should have just got an xe lol, al try find a bit time to bring it to a few events for all to have a rummage over it. still need to get insurance on it first.lol got the car and dry stored it straight away. got it out today tho for a hover and hand wash and back in the garage it goes.

i am on the hunt for a few parts ie rims, exhaust ect. but i will get round to that.lol
cheers again guys

There are many black GSI novas on here with LET/XE engines, there is only 1 other balck standard GSI I know of on this forum,

IMO it'll be worth more money as a standard car,

Plus the fact it's probably cheaper to buy a track car than to build one,
