For sale is my pride and joy a Vauxhall Nova 2L 16V 1992 mk2 gsi replica on a K plate.
1.2 on the log book and will require changing to 2L

This has had a bare shell strip down and rebuild this year and had all corosion cut out and treated. It has had a full chassis strengthening kit fitted new rear 1/4panel repair sections and all inner arches have had the rust cut out and been repaired all rust and welds have been treated with loctite rust preventative prior to paint.
The car has been stich welded through out and all repairs fully seam welded.
The paint job is not concorse and has a few imperfections as it was not painted in a booth as the car was intended for track use not show and shine (built to use :thumb:) but this is still a tidy paint job.
The shell has a full safety devices rollcage welded onto platforms.
The car has fiberglass bonnet and boot with rear polycarb windows (1/4 and boot lid) the front windows are stock glass on winders.

Rear disc conversion with new discs shoes pads and cable. Bias control valve in car
new ball joint and track rod ends
GSI tie bars (Control arms)
280mm meriva discs with 4pot wilwood midlites braded lines all round.
gmax full suspension kit 40mm drop
Engine
The engine block is a modified x20xev with a machined girdle to fit a steel sump to allow c20xe exhaust fitment and has oil cooling jets fitted along with the one way oil valve installed in bock face to allow fitment of an early red top head.

kent cams ast 1612 with verniers dialed in
full gaskets and bearings replaced.
Full engine balance
ultra lightweight flywheel with twin plate helix clutch from QED
ARP head studs and flywheel bolts
4to1 exhaust manifold with heat wrap fitted.
New alternator and radiator
This is running on omex 600 with omex built loom with turbo map plug for easy upgrade if required. The omex is linked to the wizards of NOS minimax controler to retard ign timing and allow fueling correction. The throttle bodies are from a gsxr 600 and have a special machined collars and custom welded inlet manifold by SEVS.
The bodies are spaced inline with the origional xe ports so all runners are equal length and shape. The bike injectors have been replaced with the multiport NOS jets.
c20let yellow injectors cleaned and tested.
11lb wizards of NOS kit with bottle heater
F16 gearbox stripped cleaned and re sealed.
Full xe conversion kit big cvs hubs mounts and shafts with new boots.
powerflow exhaust with scorpion back box

I have covered no more than 1000miles since built just run in and mapped took it to PV and got washed out and it has been parked up since.
I am emigrating to Austrailia hence reluctant sale!!
