I have a 6 point omp bolt in cage for the nova and was just wondering if people have any pics of where it fits to the floor behind the front seats. When fitting do you fit it under tension??

Thanks Tim

i find when fitting 6 points depending what car the 2 rears to the old or current rear seat seatbelt mounts drivers side to where the bottom of the standered seat belt bolted other side to either the seat its self ( if i have to ) or better i prefer to bolt it to the floor where the seat belt used to bolt and the front bottoms i normally drill 2 seprate holes in to the floor then put a small amount of underseal round the area under body then use to heavey duty bolts and 4 washers and use nylon lock nuts !

See here about half way down the page. The front bars sit about 6 inches back from the front inner arch and clears the mk1 dash.
It dosn't need to be under tension, but to fit it square and centred i had to pull the bars in/out to align it by using ratchet straps.

though mines welded in, it still is sat on similar plates for the center section.

Mine wasn't bolted to the floor, there was like a box section in the corner welded to the chassis and the cage leg was sitting/bolted on that
