3 or 4 banger??!!

Its a 1.2 corsa engine and i want to know if its a 3 or 4 pot

i thought only the 1.0l engines were 3pot, and all the 1.2's were 4 pot

yer its a 4 pot

3 pot only has 2 bolts in the center of the cam-cover

my apologies, it looks just like a 1.0 12v, which is a 3 pot.

yer it looks like it - cept the 3pot is narrower and hence only has 2 bolts in the center of the cam cover...

i remember cos someone at work had one and got it ripped out of her

sommat like a 8xx sommat? might be 9xx im not sure

take off the spark plug cover, if there is 3 spark plugs, then its a 3banger and if there is 4 its a 4 banger :lol:
