What's better, Mk1 or MK2?

I've always been for mk1's, never seen any appeal in a mk2 but i was curious what other people think :d

Err Ive got both, neither are better as in, if you have a 1.2 mk1 and a mk2, both the same really, just obvious differences..

BUT i like the mk1 over the track car as it's practical.

I really can't choose between them. I've owned both Mk1 and Mk2 Novas, my current one is a bit of a mismatch of both. Its a Mk1 SR but with MK2 GSI dash, interior, spoiler and rear bumper, taking the best of both I think.

Its the girly Mk3 when everything went wrong :)

I brought a snowplough for my loon... and then sold it because i prefer my origional loon bumpers :) and there's two variations of it, top and top and bottom

Mk1 definately
mk2 looks more bland, tried to look like clios etc,, the original big grill cannot be missed whether you llike it or not
mk2 almost identical to the corsa, ie a eurobox
mk2 didnt get quarterlight dem isters
mk2 1.2 is totally slow compared to the carb 1.2 and i think it is almost slower than the 1.0!
mk2 interior is stupid, the door pockets actually get in the way of the seatbelts
mk2s rust like fiats
mk2s were built like fiats

want me to continue...i am a bit biased although I actually own 2 mks2!
