So went round to my parents house where my nova is kept, (quite cul-de-sac, nice low crime area) as we pulled down to the drive it stood out a mile, some scum bag had stole my Opel blitz badge off my grill, i screwed the base black part to the grill slat's, and then the blitz is/was glued and had nylon fishing line tyeing it on to the backing, so some one has come and purposely cut the fishing line to remove it...:mad:

+1 This is the best option but i understand if you havent got one its hard to do.
Why not put a car cover or some plastic sheeting over it to keep the lil fookers at bay.

Ive lobbed the cover over it today, as I'm sick off small things happening, it just kids in my olds neighborhood, you know they steal badges and tyre valve caps for fun!
