Lowering My Car

I want to lower my car by 40mm not sure whether it will be just the springs or shocks as well yet.

Are there any how to guides out there?

my advice is chage the shocks aswell, its worth it for the ride. and thell probly be not up to scratch if you dodnt know when they were changed! :lol:

i would deffinatly change the shocks and if u can get good ones not gmax!!
somthing like konis or billies or spax
