R1 carb jetting on 20XE

is there a guide on here, step by step, for stripping and jetting R1 carbs for a nice big block? the only bit im even close to being sure on is that i have to drill the jets out to either 1.6 or 1.8mm.

ive never done anything like this and i dont really want to balls it up and break them.

idle screw is 3 and a half turns out, and im sure the needles are fine where they are but you wont really know untill you drive it
