Splitter Ideas for GSi Bumper

Hi guys,

I'm after some splitter ideas for the nova.
Done a search but none of the pics are working on any of the old threads.
Mine currently has an Espace one.

I don't particualrly like splitters, but it's a neccesity because my 4-1 manifold can be seen from the front lol lol ooh nakedness lol

Not too keen on the way it flares outwards at the sides.

how about getting a donor bumper & cutting the bottom lip off, then stretching the middle section down & refitting the bottom piece lower down

Polo 98-00 one is very simple and clean.
As in a 00 on ren clio one, as it's more of a finishing skirt...

For all that bother you might as well get a kingdom bumper, but I'm sure he wont want one of them, tbh i didn't look to fit the splitter, i just did it as i came off my Astra when i fitted my Irmscher kit an thought sod it, i like the look of the flairs but then it suites my stupid styling! lol

There's always the mk5 Astra one's, cant find any pics but I'm sure Keith use to have one on one of his car's?

Sounds interesting, as does the VR6 one. I think i've seen the mk5 astra one, similar to a vr6 one in design, but not as deep right ?

Yeah the mk5 splitter has the dip near the center section, but no cant find any pics, I'm sure Keith fitted one on one of his at one point, did look through his threads but there is way too many replies etc, might be some one on mig who's has any of it?

The GSi bumper doesn't really lend itself to a splitter IMO, but if needs must...

What about a Corrado one?

No it's the rubber one jack.

Here's one on a corsa C but he's cut too much out the middle, should of cut it off the ends imo.

Actually cutting it out the centre on that C fits the line of the foglight surrounds perfectly imo.

I've had a old Espace splitter on a Mk2 before basically a Laguna one but deeper, also had a seat Ibiza one which was fatter but looked a little bit numb, iirc Leeleg has a Seat one on his Nova.

No GTi-VR6 has the bit cut out,is deeper etc, that is the mk5 Astra one mate.

VR style wouldnt be shortend in the middle etc.

Liiam, they only work on new cars, but there as common on all newer cars (lupo/golfs/mk4 Astra's fabia etc etc..) as old ibza/mega one's were in late 90's on novas and every other car..
