cam upgrade

how much of a performance increase would 274 cam be on my 20seh over the standard cam whish is 264

the guy at autosprint said he can regrind my cam for £98, is it worth the £98?

also what bhp do you reckon my engine will make?

20seh
ported and polished head
r1 carbs
megajolt ignition
4-2-1 manifold heatwrapped
2.5" exhaust system
and the above cam

i think mike has exprience of autosprints work, and recommends it,
are you rebuilding the bottom end or not?

i wouldn't like to guess on hp, but it would be a fascinating rolling road session when its done..

ive left the bottom end as is atm but i may fit arp bolts if i can figure out wether c20xe bolts fit a 20seh

wasnt the XE a development from the 8V with a 16V head, I'd have thought the rod bolts would be the same.

i dont wanna buy them and find out they dont as thier not cheap lol, will i need to change the bearings if i remove the rod bolts?

i missed a full set that sold for £6 the other night as i didnt know wether they would fit lol
