View Full Version : 288 mm discs
Hi I no this has been asked a million times but I don't really have the time to trawl through loads of threads I have a set of 288 calipers and just wonder what's the most popular and best 4 stud discs to suit I just want to order a set now soon to try have for the week end thanks for any help :thumb:
I've been looking in the mintex book and there only 280mm is that the norm
Would there be much over hang on the pads with 280mm discs any pics of this set up fitted
I used Fiat 284mm discs on mine without spiggot rings - no problems here.
I dont have Any thing to redrill lol that's why I want to pick up the rite discs to start with
Buy some 288s and redrill.. Around 50+vat on the tc from vaux.
I can get just about any discs through my work for peanuts so I might aswell get some good fitting ones to begin with I no meriva ones have the right centre hole and every thing else but it's just the slightly smaller diameter out side that I'm concerned about if it will make any difference
I had 4 stud 280 meriva discs with 288 vectra calipers, no problems at all
That's cool all I wanted to no thanks I'll try a set of them see how they go
