Hey guys, what would need to be done to be able to get all the gauges to work in SR clocks in a 1.2?
Could I just run a wire from the coil to the rev counter in the clocks?
And would it just automatically read the oil pressure and battery voltage?
I haven't got the car yet so i'm unsure what the current clocks show, except that they don't have a rev counter.

The rev counter wire needs run and the oil sender has to be swapped for the 2 pin one and an extra wire to that too.
Going to be doing this to mine soon. Anyone got a part no for the oil sender needed

go the scrap yard, there'l be loads of two pin oil senders on vauxhalls
/\ agreed.. a new one is like £50.. and they rarely go wrong..
on some of the later mk1's the wiring is already in the loom for the extras.. its worth a poke about before starting poking extra wires thru the bulkhead.
But if i felt like i just had to have a new one does anyone have the vaux part no.
I'll ring the local factors tomorrow but there normally useless at finding me the bits i want. lol

Maybe :P just trying to find out a few things before i get it :P
Got a set of clocks off the bay for under £5 and got a new sender for £19.99 + vat from my local factors. Took a bit of arm twisting though. Lol
