For sale I have my Corsa turbo. The car was professionally converted by a Vauxhall mechanic. The conversion is been done to a high standard, all the wiring is neat and looks factory as possible, the car is been very reliable and there have been no running issues.

The shell is a 1.0 Club and was picked specifically for the conversion being one of the lightest Corsa C models you can get, this gives even better power to weight ratio. I've also stripped the rear half of the car so its even lighter now (all seats, belts, door cards, etc also included in the sale). Its still a 1.0 on the log book, that will need to be changed by the new owner.

The engine came out of an Astra coupe 888, its a good strong motor with no issues, always ran on v-power and warmed up / cooled down. Mileage on it is roughly 86000. Its running a phase 2 EDS map which pushes these engines to about 250 BHP, the car is very fast and you will not be disappointed with the performance.

- Mot till 05/04/2012
- Tax till 30/09/2011
- 68,000 miles

- EDS phase 2 remap
- Courtenay sport (http://www.astraownersclub.com/vb/autolink.php?id=8&script=showthread&forumid=61) lightened and balanced flywheel
- Courtenay sport fast road clutch
- TX autosport front mount intercooler with 57mm boost pipes (sprayed black for stealth looks)
- 280mm Meriva front brakes with ATE super racing blue brake fluid
- X20XEV inlet cam
- Astra coupe 888 short shifter
- Powerflow 2.5" exhaust system
- Cross over pipe removed
- pipercorss air filter
- M-TECH conversion hubs
- Astra GSI driveshafts
- Astra GSI fuel pump
- Genuine GM conversion mounts
- Steel wheels with 4 almost new Falken ZE912 tyres
- Coilovers (fitted less than 4k miles ago)
- Secondary rear ARB (whiteline replica)
- Custom one off rear strut brace

- Rear brake lines have been replaced last week along with shoes and cylinders
- New track rod ends fitted then alignment was carried out and camber set too
- 2 New wishbones fitted recently (including bushes and lower ball joints)
- 2 New anti roll bar drop links also fitted
- Last service on 67,148 miles, NGK platium spark plugs fitted too to make most out of the remap

Bad points:
- Driver's side outer CV joint clicks when on full lock or when moving slowly
- Small oil leak, I think its caused by rocker cover gasket
- Odd scratch here and there and small rust bubble under drivers door

£3,200
