Fixable.

However it would take a lot of work, machining and building back up.

Bin and start again!

I'll get pics of the pistons later lol, it was a LET I got in bits for the block and crank, i have no idea what happened but I'd love to have seen the state of the turbine lol

Big time detonation. Repairable if you have a TiG and the right alloy filler rods, then the time to fettle it pretty again - so not that fkkkd, just a little "previously enjoyed".
