Run a single V for a start. They are always a ******* to fit due to the very nature of them.I always find the front gearbox mount the hardest

that was the easy 1 for me lol it was the front engine mount that was hardest for me, most probably because the alternator pulley though. im gonna try get hold of a single v setup tomorrow, if not then ill have to take a hammer to the chassis leg as i havnt got a welder and cant weld anyway lol
Be prepared for your interior to be shaken to bits lol I've taken mine off

"Interior" lol i have no interior, im trying to turn it into a track car and maybe 1 day take it on the track, i love it, just gotta get some new bolts for my rear mount because this home made (welded mount) is too vibratey in the car and goes right through you lol

Anytime I looked in my interior mirror I thought there was about 5 cars behind me, usually only 1 though lol
Bout 30 mins, for all three. It took longer to try and get the engine to line up proper, then after messing around with a tape measure discovered that it was all trick of the eye. I don't think the solid mounts are that bad just been out with the Mrs in hers (C16XE) with solid mounts and was surprised i was expecting it to be a lot worse like some other cars I've been in. Hardest mount was the gearbox side one for some reason.
Also make sure you have it well strengthened and stitch welded or it'll rip it's self to pieces as one of mine did

my drivers side engine mount just didnt want to go on straight, when i was doing up the 2 nuts on top.. the mount was pulling outwards from the bottom, the bolt that went through the middle was stopping it from sitting rite as it was touching the chassis leg
did mine in around 2 hours on my c25xe that included redrilling my holes and dropping the box down to get the bolt out as i put it in the opposite way hehe, i dont mind the solid mount noise just abit vibratory if you get me lol
