just wondering how much power people are getting form there 1.6s, are they worth tuning?

Better off with the 1.6 16v, they respond very well to intake modifications especially, the 8V just doesn't respond as well to simple modifications... What are you looking to spend/achieve with it though?

u not to far down the road from me ill have to bring me over and take u out in it see wot u thing its a cav 1.6 cav sv engin nit started of life as 82 bhp ive had 80 thow of the head and just a small road cam it gose ok for wot it is

E16SE with a good cam and twin 40's would see 120 I'd say

my e16se is puttung out 105bhp with very few mods, janspeed exhaust and manifold, k&n and the head skimmed.
