i have to change my rear wheel bearing, i wanted to know should i get an OE part or patterned part. and what tightness does the center nut have to be.

Patterned ones will be fine and you just nip them up until there is no play in the drum.
Just get whatever your local motor factors gives you, Haynes manual says nip it up then loosen it back a touch so you can move the washer behind the nut, there are torque settings but I've never used them and never had a problem.
