fuse issue

i have a 1.2 nova l and the fuse on the box number 18 keeps blowing, think its states its for the instrum. and 2 other things i can remember what now, any ways it blows then nothing on my dash works except when i start driving the battery light flickers on the headlights and horn still work and i still drives fine but no way of telling the temp or how much fuel is in the car,, also the cd player stops working, i replaced the fuse then drive a mile or 2 and it blows again, any help appreciated thanks

i had a similar problem but mine was the interior light earthing on the roof, it cut off hazards, cd player, lights blah blah blah so check that :)
