Hi, can anyone help? I'm running a C20XE in a nova with kent L14 cam's and vernier pulleys, twin 45's,K&N air filters and a H&H dizzy.
I've got the car running pretty sweet but its massively overfuelling!!
Its running at 0.5 lambda 7.4 air/fuel, and if i lean it off it or go smaller on the jets it starts to run erratic. further up the rev range it leans off and goes like stink, its just up to about 2500rpm where its bad!!
Has anyone got any ideas, or could anyone share their settings with me.

Cams- 282 deg, set at standard timing marks.

36mm chokes
F11 emulsion tubes
145 main jet
45 pump jet
60F9 idle jet, best running- Tried 55F11, 55F8, 55F9, 60F8,
idle screws- 2 1/4 out

ignition- 10 deg idle

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A two word answer!

I reckon it's the F11's as they are an average emulsion tube. You want something that leans at low end. The best way to get it right is on the roller. You can play with the ignition and cam timing them to get it singing.
