Right basiclly am i f**ked ?
I bought a xbox 360 about 3months ago got it brand new now it has broken the disc tray opens and closes by its self, Now i cant find the receipt (sp) i have every thing ie packaging the lot bar the receipt (sp) can i still get my warrenty or have i wasted £200 ??

How did you pay for it? If you payed via card it will show on your statement, that's all you'll need ;)

mmm well the box will have a serial number on it so go back to the shop and say to them that you bought it in (month/date) they should have it on the computer system, just say the receipt went through the wash other wise if they ask.
Will the serial number work ?? i thought you had to have receipt to keep the warrenty ?

Where did you buy it? Most places do say they need the receipt but it's worth a try surely Cle.
Is there a registration warranty on the xbox site that covers you for fixing within a year?
Bought it from Game, I think its like a shop warrenty so take it back to them and they'll fix it.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Southie again.

Take it back to the shop and see what they say, if they won't fix it say you want to speak to the manager. Take your dad in for extra cover lol
