Well me and Carrie was out yesterday and we spotted this at a recycling center, and she had to have it..

Bit more research I'm finding info pointing it's possibly pre was 1930's Made by Coventry Eagle cycles of Coventry midlands (just up the rd)

Anyway not sure of it's real value as a collectible bike?
Don't want to start ripping it to bits painting it, then find Ive killed it's value etc...:tard:

Pics.

Most markings have worn off due to being painted on by hand etc.

As said any help from the knowledgeable would be a massive help.

My grandad had one of those... I think we would up dropping it in the scrap bin :(
He only ever had to put tyres and innertubes on it as everything else was typically war time robust :)

tbh it wasnt that heavy from what I remember (lighter than my mountain bike when I was 10 lol)

Oh and dont paint any of it!!!!! odds on its worth more like that than 'fixed up', I'd maybe autosol the wheels and other shiny bits though.

Here you go Scott, some trivia about the bike in question plus others. ;) Looking at most of the bikes on there that have a pump they're Lady's bikes.

Cheers Mr south, have seen that site info already, it's ware i got my possible 1930's info from, but I'm still not 100% sure etc, and Ive just stripped the electrical tape off the pump to finds it's possibly the original one!
