no. the f10 & f13 are interchangeable, and some of the f15/17 stuff might swap over, but i'm not sure

Definitely not, the F18 is a Big Block gearbox.

can the final drive be changed?

to make 2nd gear as long as i can so it will achive 65-70mph its for a autograss car

so are you using the f13 box then?

isn't there a diesel with a 3.55 diff on an f13?

then use WR innards.

or why not think out of the box & use a lower diff, but use 2nd to start off in & 3rd instead of second.. blanking the original 1st would be fairly easy to do.

my e16se with a f13wr & 3.74 diff on 185/55r15's will do 60 in second @6000ish revs.. with some big balloon tyres (vectra or sml off roader) you'd get it easily with a revving motor.

thats what im running at the moment f13 w3.74 iv spent ages looking and the 2nd gear on f18 w355 than the most i have spare clusters so i might try changing the gears of one cluster to the other as well as the diff and final drive. its a lot of messing about but the extra speed is alot as we only use 1st an 2nd iv looked at the ratio of 2nd and 3rd but its to fast and will pull the engine down to much as its soil track with a hill on one of the corners.

but what is it like with a lower diff?

iv used the ratio calcutor on web and to bring it down id need 13" tyres and still have to change diff and cluster to get it anywhere near 72mph my way i just change diff and cluster and save £100 on new tyres it will cost £40 for the bits i need
